UAE deploys first autonomous truck fleet
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has launched the nation’s first commercial fleet of self-driving electric trucks in the Al Jazeera Al Hamra industrial zone, a hub for large-scale projects. Through a partnership with Evocargo and RAK Ceramics, the UAE has now deployed a fleet of unmanned Evocargo N1 trucks to transport ceramics and sanitary ware products.
