Boca Raton launches autonomous shuttle service

The City of Boca Raton will launch an autonomous shuttle service in partnership with Circuit Transit and Guident. The MiCa shuttle will operate a loop route at Mizner Park connecting residents and visitors. An official launch event will take place at 4:00 PM on 21 November 2025 at Mizner Park. Boca Raton officials, community leaders and executives from Circuit and Guident will attend the ceremony. The shuttle uses Guident’s RMCC platform for fleet monitoring and management. The system provides real-time vehicle oversight, predictive incident prevention, encrypted data security and route optimisation. Circuit currently operates transportation services in Boca Raton.
