New flaw in Boeing 737 forewarns emergency procedure bugs in driverless cars

Boeing is back in the news with a newly found flaw in the 737 system, sorry to say. I’ve previously pointed out that the Boeing 737 MAX has provided some vital analogs to the self-driving driverless car realm, particularly involving design guffaws over sensors and their use in automatically taking on the driving task (see my posted piece on this).
