A recent news report indicates that via a household Echo Dot, Alexa urged a 10-year-old girl to go ahead and try a dangerous experiment that could have had unimaginable consequences. The experiment consisted of telling the girl to plug a phone charger halfway into a wall outlet so as to leave the prongs partially exposed. The Alexa voiced instruction further stated that a penny should then be touched upon the exposed prongs.
